We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
One session cookie keeps you signed in and one first-party cookie carries your click id for attribution for up to 30 days. There are no analytics or advertising cookies from third parties.
The proof page lists every draw with its public proof file, and winners by a pseudonymous handle, country and prize. You choose the handle; pick one that does not identify you if you prefer. Proof files list entrants as a pseudonymous id and an entry count; they are permanent public records and cannot be deleted by us. Prizes of $10,000 or more are announced publicly by handle.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@humangamescorp.com, subject “stop tracking me” to close the account and stop all tracking, or “my data” for a copy. We answer within 30 days. We keep only what an open prize payment or the law requires after deletion. Depending on where you live you may also complain to your data protection authority.
The site is for adults 18 and over. If we learn an account belongs to a minor we close it and delete the data.
The date at the top changes when this policy does. Material changes are emailed to account holders before they apply.
