Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms cover Prizestack and the entries it credits. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw. Each casino has its own terms for your deposits and play.

1. Who we are.

Prizestack is an affiliate website operated by Human Games Corp (“we”). We review and link to third-party casinos and are paid a commission when you deposit through our links. We are not a casino, we do not accept bets and we never hold your casino deposits or balance. We run the daily Prizestack jackpot, a free prize draw with several winners every day, fund every prize, and credit entries and prizes to your account.

2. Eligibility.

You must be 18 or older, or the legal age where you live if that is higher. Residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 or older and residents of Mississippi 21 or older.
Residents of Florida, New York and Rhode Island, and residents of countries under US sanctions (OFAC), cannot enter. The rules are on the jackpot page. Accounts that do not qualify earn no entries and cannot hold a balance.
One account per person. Each account may be linked to one player id per casino. Duplicate accounts, or two accounts linked to the same casino player id, void the entries on all of them.
Our staff, our affiliates, the draw operator's staff and employees of partner casinos may not enter.

3. Entries.

Entries are free entries into the Prizestack jackpot, a daily prize draw. No purchase is necessary. You never pay us for an entry and you cannot buy entries from us. Deposits are made with the casino, never with us. Entries have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged. An entry's only value is a prize if it wins a draw.
Entries are credited for money events verified by the casino: a first deposit, a further deposit or wagering, at the rate shown on the casino's listing and in the rule book. Daily caps and cooldowns apply per casino.
Free entry by post. You can also enter without a deposit by writing to the address in the official rules (Prizestack, c/o Human Games Corp, address to be published), with your account email and the draw date. A postal entry earns as many entries as the best-earning action in the ladder and counts for the first draw whose lock it arrives before.
Deposits made with bonus funds, refunded or reversed deposits, cancelled wagers and events the casino does not report earn no entries.
Reversal window. Entries are credited provisionally until the casino's chargeback window closes, 7 days by default unless the casino's listing says otherwise. Only final entries are submitted to a draw. If a deposit is reversed, charged back or flagged by the casino, the provisional entries are removed.
The draw. Entries lock at 16:00 UTC and the draw runs at 17:00 UTC every day. Entries finalised after the lock enter the next draw. Every draw pays 3 winners from the published prize table, from $10.00 to $100,000; each entrant's chance is proportional to their entries. The draw uses a public randomness source after the lock and publishes a proof file, linked from the proof page. If a submission fails (outage), the entries roll to the next draw; we are not liable for a missed draw beyond re-entering the entries.
We may change the entry ladder, the prize table, the number of winners, caps and cooldowns at any time for future draws. Entries already credited are not reduced and a draw already locked keeps its table.

4. Fraud and abuse.

Multi-accounting, use of stolen payment instruments, collusion with a casino account, bots, VPN use to evade a geo restriction, or any attempt to earn entries without a genuine deposit voids every entry on the account, including wins not yet paid, and closes the account. We may withhold a balance while a casino or payment provider investigates.

5. Winnings.

After each draw we match winners to the account that earned the entries. Prizes under $600.00 are credited to your Prizestack balance in US dollars once you confirm your eligibility (age, residence, these terms) in your account.
Withdrawals. A balance is withdrawn as USDC to an address you provide on the network shown in your account. You must add an address within 48 hours of a win being credited; balances with no address after 48 hours stay on the account and are paid on the next run after an address is added. We do not pay to bank accounts, cards or other networks. A withdrawal to a wrong address you supplied cannot be recovered.
Prizes of $600.00 or more, counted across a calendar year, are paid after an identity check with the identity-verification provider, which may include tax details where the law requires them. Your account links to the check. If you fail or refuse the check within 30 days, the prize is forfeited under the official rules and we cannot pay it instead. Prizes of $10,000 or more are announced publicly by handle.
Tax on any prize is your responsibility under the law where you live. We do not withhold tax and do not give tax advice.

6. The casinos.

Your deposits, play, bonuses and withdrawals at a casino are governed by that casino's own terms. We verify listed offers regularly and show when each was last checked, but a casino may change or withdraw an offer at any time. We are not responsible for a casino's conduct, and a dispute with a casino does not affect entries already final, except where the casino reverses the underlying deposit.

7. Your account and data.

You sign in with an email address. Keep it secure; anything done from a signed-in session is treated as done by you. To stop all tracking and close your account, email hello@humangamescorp.com with the subject “stop tracking me”. We close the account, stop crediting entries and delete your personal data within 30 days, keeping only what the law or an open prize payment requires. See the privacy policy.

8. Liability.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the balance on your account. We are not liable for losses at a casino, for network failures that delay a payout, or for a prize forfeited under the official rules.

9. Changes.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect. The official rules of the draw, including the postal entry address, are published alongside these terms and prevail over them for the draw.
